Welcome to Portland Family Practice.
We are pleased you have chosen us for your Health care needs.
We are family practice clinicians whose specialty is providing primary care to individuals of all ages with an emphasis on preventive medicine and patient education.  Our practice includes Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners who work closely together.  We trust that you will feel respected and cared for by our providers and staff.
All of our health care providers care for adults and children.  Some of our physicians also provide pregnancy care and make every effort to provide continuity of care throughout the pregnancy, birth and newborn family transition.  We also have recently added a Diabetic Nurse educator to our staff,  to assist with our diabetic patients' needs.
Our providers perform routine and comprehensive physical exams, minor day surgeries; implement basic treatment plans for common illnesses; and perform patient education and counseling.  We are able to provide for most of your health care needs. Should you need care for a more complex medical problem, your primary care provider may refer you to a specialist and follow your progress.
We have a group practice because we believe it provides better, continuous care.  You may choose one of us as your primary provider.  But occasionally, if he or she is unable to see you, you may be offered an appointment with one of the other providers in the group.
